Japan is a place my daughter and I have been wanting to visit for a while now. For her birthday this year, I decided to gift her an epic trip to this amazing country.
Our first destination was Fujikawaguchiko. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise view of Mt. Fuji was a sight to behold, and it's what I miss the most about Japan. Those early cold morning strolls along Kawaguchiko Lake were so relaxing. There are so many places to experience Mt. Fuji, and in my opinion, the view from Chureito Pagoda is without a doubt one of the best. After spending a few days here, we headed to Matsumoto for a a day. I woke up early to catch the sunrise at Matsumoto Castle, and it did not disappoint.
The remainder of our trip was spent in Tokyo, a city brimming with endless activities and experiences. We did so much here from trying their exquisite cuisine, visiting epic museums, and walking along Akihabara district for everything electronics and anime. By far my favorite memory in Tokyo was experiencing the car scene. Anyone who knows me knows I love the import scene, and getting to see the amazing suited up cars was just next level.
There wasn't enough time to visit other parts of Japan, but I am looking forward to coming back to visit Osaka and Kyoto.
